PyPV is Python Platform Ventures
PyPV stands for Python Platform Ventures, an independent, Python-focused developer studio built and led by Joseph, with a deliberate focus on infrastructure, automation, self-hosted systems, and AI-agent workflows.
PyPV exists to build practical infrastructure around Python and AI agents. Not demos, wrappers, or hype: control planes, background systems, operational visibility, and workflows that connect autonomous software with human decisions.
The work is built on Python and FastAPI, open source, and self-hosted by default: systems an operator can run, inspect, and own. Today that means four products: Z4J for Python task queues, FreeSDN for multi-vendor networks, QKVM for IP KVMs and servers, and Ony.ai for the moment a coding agent needs a human decision.
This is not a consulting agency homepage. PyPV ships its own products. That said, contact is open for serious technical conversations: partnerships, integrations, and infrastructure problems worth solving properly.

Every project runs on your own infrastructure and publishes its source under the AGPL. Python and FastAPI at the core, no mandatory cloud, no vendor lock-in.

Are the projects open source?
Yes. All four are open source under the AGPL, with their code on GitHub. Z4J's agents and framework adapters are Apache-2.0, and commercial licenses are available for Z4J and Ony.ai.

What stack does PyPV build on?
Python and FastAPI at the core, with SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL or SQLite, and Valkey where a cache or broker is needed. Dashboards are React and TypeScript, or plain JavaScript where nothing heavier is needed, and everything ships as a pip install or a Docker image.

Can I self-host these systems?
Yes. It's the default, not an add-on. Every project runs on your own infrastructure with no mandatory cloud service, from a single pip install up to Docker deployments with PostgreSQL.
